Our VPS and dedicated server team also offer a 24x7, 365 days a year technical support service. However, due to the fact that these senior support staff and server administrators work in shifts, there may be a delay until shift change to have your problem resolved. This is because the person most qualified to help you might not be on the current shift. For example, if your fix needs a senior server administrator, and there isn’t one currently on shift, we would wait for one to start their shift, before escalating your support case to them. Put simply, yes, we offer 24x7, 365-day support for VPS and dedicated servers, but not every issue may be solved instantly.
