Your incoming mail is directed to our global network of spam fighting data centers. We scan your email for spam, phishing attacks, malware and viruses. All offending mail is held in secure quarantine in our network.

You can receive a quarantine report containing recently stopped messages, or view quarantined messages online in real-time. Clean mail is automatically forwarded to your server for delivery.

How accurate is the filtering?

Can I recover messages that get blocked?

Can someone else read my email?

SpamFlare processes messages in real-time, the process normally takes under 1 second. Messages that pass through our systems are scanned for unwanted and harmful message content, the entire process is performed without human intervention. Legitimate email is not stored on SpamFlare's servers, messages are passed directly to your email server for delivery to your inbox. No one has access to your legitimate email as it passes through SpamFlare, not even us. Bad mail is held in quarantine, any messages which are in quarantine may be viewed by yourself, and support of 365Hosts, we will only do this if you ask us too.

How long are messages kept in quarantine?

We hold messages in quarantine for a minimum of 7 days, but as long as 14 days - depending on your message volume. Your messages in quarantine do not require any maintenance, you do not need to delete messages manually - once they expire they will be purged from our system automatically.
