Go to the "schedules" tab, create a new schedule, and select a time period for it. See here for examples of time codes for cronjobs. When the new schedule is created, click it and click "New task", where you have the option to select what you want the schedule to do. The task/s will run for every 6 hours, or whichever time period you chose when creating the schedule.
