How do I join (connect) to my Valheim Server?

Join through Steam Server View

1. Open Steam
2. Click on "View" in the upper left corner of the Steam window
3. Click on "Servers"
4. Go to the "Favourites" tab
5. Click "Add A Server" in the bottom right corner of the Servers window.
6. Enter the IP-Adress of your server (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx) with the last digit being +1 of your IP (if your adress ends with :25565, you would enter 25566, etc).
7. Now you can join your server through steam.

Join through in-game Valheim (through entering the IP-adress)

1. Open Valheim
2. Click "Start Game"
3. Click "Start"
4. Click the "Join Game" tab
5. Click on "Join IP"
6. Enter your server IP-adress and connect

Join through in-game Valheim (through the Valheim server browser)

1. Open Valheim
2. Click "Start Game"
3. Click "Start"
4. Click the "Join Game" tab
5. Search for your server by it's name (please note that there are likely other servers with the same and/or similar names).
6. Join!
