You add mods ("mod.dll-files") from, for example Valheim Thunderstore, by placing them in the "BepInEx/Plugins" folder. Keep in mind that you will have to install ValheimPlus with the "Delete Files" option active under the "Versions"-tab, otherwise this folder will not appear. After the mod is placed in the folder, you will have to restart the server for it to activate.
