Live Chat Pin Number
For all customer support inquiries via our live chat, a Security Pin which enables us to verify the account holder is now required, this will expire every 1000hrs.
You can generate a new Support Pin from the client dashboard, it is located within the left pane of the dashboard, once we verify the pin number on a live chat we can proceed as normal.
Under GDPR regulations and in preparation for an increased volume of live chats due to the Coronavirus from unknown IP address's we feel this is best practice, and we are committed to keeping your data secure.
