365Hosts the Staffordshire based web hosting company has today announced the acquisition of 365 Hosting Services for an undisclosed sum,

A leading provider of managed hosting services within Europe and founded in 2007 as T Rex Hosting, the company underwent a rebrand in 2018 to 365 Hosting Services, Providing dedicated, cloud, reseller and shared hosting services with a customer base of 1300 SME and Enterprise customers, operating from its headquarters in Bosnia.

Chris Withington, CEO of 365Hosts, said: “, The acquisition of https://www.365hosting.services is a significant development for 365Hosts and this company carries a very similar brand identity to our own which was a pivotal factor in ensuring this deal came to fruition. It also further accelerates our European market offering and creates strong inroads to Europe despite Britain leaving the EU, 365 Hosting Services is a profitable, growing business whose services reflect those we offer. As such, the business fits well within our acquisition criteria and will be a valuable addition to the Group which will be funded by our own finance, We have a clear direction for growth and I feel positive about the future growth of 365Hosts both through acquisition and organic growth, having a strong balance sheet to self-finance without arranging funding enables us to strike fast when an acquisition presents.”

Tomislav Leovac Director of 365 Hosting Services and the founder of T Rex said: “This deal is a huge opportunity for the brand. Now backed by one of the leading providers of managed hosting services and offering 24/7 support, it was in our best interest to only let this go to the right company with similar company values, despite being approached by many companies we believe 365Hosts can take 365 Hosting Services to the next level, as I concentrate on future endeavors.”

The acquisition is in line with https://www.365Hosts.com strategy of becoming Europe's largest managed hosting provider and will significantly enhance the scale and profitability of the group, expecting this acquisition to further develop its connections and client base within Europe.
